Lindsay
Hello, my name is Lindsay and I am a skincare specialist educated in all areas of esthetics. After graduating from Yvonne de Vilar Scientific Skincare, I continue to take classes at the International Dermal Institute to stay updated with the ever-changing trends. As a licensed esthetician, I can provide remedies for most skin care concerns, including facial and body treatments, waxing and makeup. Having a background in the retail sales of cosmetics and skincare, I was fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to be educated in many different kinds of skincare and makeup.
I am excited to meet new clients and create custom facial treatments, especially for those clients concerned with premature aging, skin brightening and teens with problem skin. I love to incorporate the many benefits of aromatherapy in my treatments, as well as pressure point massage and relaxing breathing techniques. I look forward to meeting you and customizing your very own facial treatment, or helping you find the best makeup to enhance your favorite features!

Margarita Londono
My name is Margarita Londono, I am a native from Columbia, South America. I migrated to New York in 1978 at the age of 10 where I lived for 18 years. I moved to Virginia in 1995 and I’m currently living in Gainesville with my two children. I attended Heritage Institute in Manassas, Virginia and graduated with an Associates degree in massage and body work.
My inspiration for picking this career was my dad. Just before he died of cancer, he was lying in bed in pain and I felt helpless just watching him suffer and not being able to do anything. So I sat at the foot of his bed and reached for his feet and started giving him a massage. I could tell that he had never gotten any kind of massage in his life. At that moment, he started to relax and a feeling of relief and comfort filled his face. That’s when I realized what I wanted to do. I wanted to be able to help someone relieve some sort of physical or even emotional pain through the sense of healing touch. I was able to give my dad a little bit of love and compassion with my hands, and I felt joy among the sadness. This is why I’m here today, to provide my knowledge, expertise, and sensitivity to you, my client. |

Connie
Stebbins
As a kid (7 years old) I had a girlfriend whose mother was a
stylist. She did some hair at home and I would watch. Sometimes
she would even let me help. My friend would get mad that I would
rather do hair than play. I started working in a salon as a
shampoo assistant when I was 13 and never stopped. I loved watching
the stylists transform their clients. In high school I studied
Cosmetology. The course took me 2 years to complete and Saturday
mornings were a must. In 1987 I graduated top of my class and
passed the State Board. That year I started working in a salon
as a stylist. The salon catered to an older clientele which
helped me learn a lot about roller sets! I got married and moved
to Annandale, where I changed jobs. At my new location, I learned
all about Asian hair. I also increased my speed and accuracy
in hair cutting. We moved to Centreville in 1989 where I continued
to improve my skills. Now I am a certified Framesi colorist
and a Master Colorist with Wella. I love education and believe
“you can never know too much”. To this day I still
take classes to keep me up to date on the latest techniques
and trends. I enjoy correcting hair color by using a variety
of techniques. There’s nothing I can’t do to give
you that perfect shade to make you look your best. For all the
people with fine hair… I'm an expert. |
